BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AWARD
 
 

We are looking for nominees to be awarded Best Customer Experience Award in conjunction with IIUM Integrity Week 2018. The categories and criteria are as follows:

 

CATEGORIES:

 

1.  Best Customer Experience (Customer / Student Review)

  • Nominated by student/customer (vendor/public/external agencies/institutions)
  • Nominees from among IIUM Staff (regardless of category)

2.  Best Customer Experience (Peer Review)

  • Nominated by IIUM Staff
  • Nominees from among IIUM Staff (regardless of category)

 

 

CRITERIA:


1. INTEREST  - Able to interact with people with passion

2. MINDSET   - Able to think, feel and act as a host to a guest

3. ATTIRE      - Comply with IIUM Dress Code

4. Apply the following common SPP (Standard People Practice) whenever necessary:
 
   4.1   Establish eye contact, smile and nod
   4.2   Greet customer - “Assalamu’alaikum…Sir/Madam”
   4.3   Offer assistance - “May I help you?”
   4.4   Reconfirm customer’s request - “You wanted to…?”
   4.5   Offer seat to customer with correct hand gesture - “Please have a seat…” (when and if necessary)
   4.6   Showing direction to customer with open palm slanting to the direction - “This way Mr/Madam…” and escort (if and when necessary) - “Please follow me…”
   4.7   Offer further assistance before closing - “Anything else, Sir/Madam…?”
   4.8   Thanking the customer - “Thank you Sir/Madam…”
   4.9   Shake hand (if and when necessary) and say farewell -“Assalamu’alaikum…”
