Dear IIUM Community,

In the recent incident of system outage and disk failure, CTL has carried out extensive data recovery process. Unfortunately, only 75% of files were able to be restored and the remaining files were corrupted or need to be retrieved manually. At the moment, our priority is to recover the assessment files submitted by students.

CTL recommend two possible options:

  1. Ask the students to resubmit the files again to iTa'leEM Or
  2. To fill in the form below and highlight the course name and submission date of your  assignment (The form will be available untill 13/1/2019)

Our team will try to locate and retrieve the files manually from the database. The process may take a few days.
