Dear I Taleem managers,

may I know why is it that my students and me are not getting the messages in our given mailbox but instead have to check the I taleem constantly?  Before it does that.  Is there any way to do it now?

Otherwise it is better to form a yahoogroup or googlegroup.

can any of the reader help?

I am not italeem manager. cool

But from my experience, I receive notifications of the messages in a gmail tab called promotion (if created), otherwise in inbox or spam.

but you need to make sure the settings of messages are set to send  notifications via emails (it should be by default)

I also noticed the same thing. I called ITD and received an email after one day that the problem is resolved. However, neither me nor my students receiving email notifications. I am still following up with ITD.

 

I suggest you call them on 6666 and open a ticket. If more of us call then they may realize that it is not an isolated case.
